Information for members of the Urogynecological Society of the Czech Republic z.s. processing of personal data

Urogynecological Society of the Czech Republic z.s. (hereinafter Administrator), registered office at Národní 25, 110 00 Prague 1, ID No. 15886981, is based on a valid registration registered by the Association in order to improve the care of patients suffering from urinary incontinence and the dissemination of specialist knowledge in the field of urogynecology. In order to fulfill this mission, the Society disseminates expert knowledge in the field of urogynecology, in particular by organizing professional and popularizing events, providing opinions and opinions on issues of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of incontinence, and thus participates in further training of health professionals and persons related to urogynecology or to incontinent patients. We collect and use your personal information solely in connection with the Company's activities. We only disclose your personal data to authorized entities and institutions in cases where this obligation is imposed by law or with your personal consent. Persons who are able to get acquainted with these personal information are also legally bound by the law to protect personal data and confidentiality. As a member of UGS ČR z.s. you have the right to access your personal data.
