World Continence Week

The Incoforum Association is proud to host the 12th Annual Continence Week.

Why is this important? In the Czech Republic, involuntary urine leakage (incontinence) affects approximately 10% of the population, regardless of gender. For many, it remains a significant taboo. You may even be a caregiver to loved ones who struggle with this condition. Becoming informed about the issue can greatly improve their quality of life.

The Virtual Continence Week is designed to help patients overcome feelings of embarrassment and stigma. We provide essential information on how urinary incontinence is diagnosed and treated. We are pleased you have visited our website, and if you are experiencing this condition yourself, we encourage you to try simple exercises as a first step toward improvement.

This year, we have something new: every 10th participant who correctly completes our quiz will receive a valuable gift.

We kindly ask you to share information about Continence Week with your friends and family who may benefit.

Sincerely,

Lukáš Horčička
Chairman of the Board, Incoforum Association
